Edwin Negron, no age given, of 944 Weathersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police say he punched a victim in the face after an argument at Charter Oak Park.

Deonne Lamar Leeds, no age given, of 62 Weaver Rd., Manchester, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute.

Laura Ann Schwitzky, no age given, address listed as “homeless,” was charged with disorderly conduct after police said she caused a disturbance at a sober house while drunk.

Floyd Orville Walcott Jr., no age given, of 40 North St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana, and possession with intent to sell after police say he was found with marijuana with his son in the car.

Alexander Jose Santiago, no age given, of 14 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief.

Raymond Choineire, no age given, of 227 N. Main St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of narcotics and two counts of distribution of narcotics.

Fahad S. Khan, no age given, of 107 Grand Ave., Vernon, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, and four counts of the use of physical force in defense of property.

Eric Finkbein, no age given, of 59 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of failure to appear and interfering with a police officer after police said he actively resisted arrest at his residence, causing one of the officers’ to receive a small cut.

Christopher J. Conley, no age given, of 137 Campfield Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jacelyn M. Martin, no age given, of 76 Princeton St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of leaving children unsupervised in a motor vehicle after police say she left her four and six month old children unattended in a car in the Stop & Shop parking lot.

Clifford Cogan, no age given, of 114 Park St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Andrew Frame, no age given, of 20 Pershing St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.

Sheri K. Szabo, no age given, of 143 Benton St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and interfering with an officer after police said she threatened a mother and daughter.

Nigel Garcia, no age given, of 3 Pratt St., Manchester, was charged with sixth degree larceny and possession of marijuana after allegedly shoplifting from Macy’s.
