Manchester police are investigating a weekend stabbing.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are investigating a weekend stabbing that led to a man bleeding, a teen in custody and a search for another person involved in the crime, authorities said.
The incident took place at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. When officers arrived at a Center Street home, they found a 56-year-old man on the rear steps, conscious but bleeding from a stab wound, authorities said.
The man was transported to Hartford Hospital where was listed in stable condition, according to sted in stable condition, authorities said.

Investigators determined that an argument between the man and 26-year-old John Blackshear turned physical, authorites said. Blackshear is accused of asking 18-year-old Jillian Holden to get a knife, which she gave to Blackshear, authorities said. He is accused of then stabbing the man.
Holden was located on Porter Street in Manchester shortly after the incident, and she was charged with interfering with an officer, violation of a protective order, conspiracy to commit assault and carrying a dangerous weapon, authorites said. She was being held on a $100,000 bond over the weekend and was to appear in court on Monday.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Blackshear, who was being sought Monday. Blackshear is considered armed and dangerous.
