Manchester Police Issue Silver Alert for Missing 55-Year-Old Man

Curtis Palmer, 55, of Manchester has been missing since Dec. 15, say Manchester police, who have issued a “Silver Alert” which asks that anyone who’s seen him recently contact police.

Palmer is described as a black man with sandy hair, 6 feet, 1 inch in height and weighing about 210 pounds.
