Manchester Police Looking For "Medically Endangered' Missing Teen

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are looking for a missing teen deemed to be "medically endangered."

A Silver Alert has been issued for 14-year-old Jowell Santiago, who has been missing since Aug. 24, police said. He requires medication daily and has not had access to it since leaving his home on the evening of that day, police said.

He is being described as 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a dark colored T-shirt
