MANCHESTER, CT — The Manchester Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of "suspicious" activity in a local neighborhood.

An image of the man was captured at about 3:10 on Wednesday morning on Woodland Street and was sent to the MPD as part of a neighbor complaint.

"The individual is being sought for identification in connection with a suspicious activity complaint," police said.
