Manchester Police Stop 130 Cars, Nab Fugitive During Campaign

Manchester police made 130 stops and even picked up a fugitive from justice during a Click-it-or Ticket enforcement campaign.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police made 130 stops and even picked up a fugitive from justice during a Click-it-or Ticket enforcement campaign that took place over the Thanksgiving holiday period.

Here are the statistics:

  • 130 stops
  • 70 forms of motor vehicle enforcement
  • 90 citations issued

During a checkpoint, a driver who was observed approaching police who was not wearing a seatbelt was determined to have a felony warrant for issued for failing to appear in court, police said.

The driver, Dominique Judkins, a 28, of Hartford, was also arrested for failure to wear a seatbelt, operating a motor vehicle without a License, operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, police said.
