Manchester PZC To Review Buckland Cannabis Store Plan This Month
A cannabis store has been proposed for a spot in Manchester's Buckland Hills district.

MANCHESTER, CT — The Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission later this month is scheduled to review plans for a cannabis establishment proposed for the Buckland Hills commercial district in Manchester.
The proposal has emerged on the agenda for the June 22 PZC meeting, planning officials said Tuesday. A special exception permit request for a vacant space at 101 Hale Road was submitted last month. If granted, the permit would pave the way for a "retail cannabis sales" at 101 Hale Road.
Planning documents show that is a vacancy in a small strip plaza adjacent to the Petco location.
