Manchester Residents to Get Extra Car Tax Bills

MANCHESTER, CT — The Manchester Board of Directors has approved an extra tax bill for motor vehicles, the Hartford Courant reported.

The collection will bring in an estimated $1.9 million, according to the story.

The vote, was along party lines and followed the state’s cap of 39 mills, according to the story.
