Manchester School Board Members Getting Educated on Transgender Rights
A recent presentation took place.

MANCHESTER, CT - Manchester school board members are getting an education in transgender rights.
And after a recent presentation to the school board about them, board Secretary Jason Scappaticci said that, as a gay man, he is probably more comfortable with it, the Hartford Courant reported.
People who object to accommodating transgender students and school staff, Scappaticci said at the board meeting Monday, argue the same points used to fight racial integration.
