Manchester School Bus Gets Stuck in the Snow
Manchester did not have a system-wide snow delay Thursday morning but one bus certainly did.
MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester school bus was stuck in the snow on Thursday morning.
Manchester was not one of the three Hartford county school systems to have arrival delays with the quick snowstorm that rolled into the area overnight and into this morning, but that does not mean all went smoothly.
A resident caught a bus on video trying to get up a small incline and sentit to NBC Connecticut.
