MANCHESTER, CT — Two winning CT Lottery tickets worth $130,000 were cashed in at a Manchester convenience store this week.
Both were at the Ravi Food Mart at 208 West Center St.
On June 24 Daniel Smith, of Manchester, cashed in a $30,000 winner from the 30X Cash 9th Edition.
