MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester residents on Jarvis Road and at 763 and 769 Center St. are expected to be affected by a planned water shutoff Thursday, April 30, as the town conducts water main work.

The Town of Manchester announced it will conduct “a water main shut down for system improvements on Thursday, April 30th at 8AM to 2PM.” According to the notice, the work will take place on Jarvis Road and at 763 and 769 Center St.
