Manchester Welcome Sign Vandalized — Again
The welcome sign is located near an exit to I-384.
For the third time in two weeks, a Manchester welcome sign that sits near I-384 has been vandalized.
The Hartford Courant reported that city officials are working to clean up a recent splattering of black paint over a portion of the sign. The sign reads, "Welcome To Manchester — City of Village Charm."
The Courant reported that officials said graffiti placed on the sign may have been gang-related.
