MANCHESTER, CT — A missing Manchester woman has been found after a Silver Alert was issued for her on Monday.

Amanda Leroux, 30, had been missing from Manchester since Monday, police said.   On Tuesday at 5:51 p.m.. police simply said the matter was "resolved" in a follow-up alert to the Silver Alert and did not elaborate.

The Celebrate! West Hartford&nbsp;FUNd&nbsp;RUNS&nbsp;are the most family-friendly fitness runs in the Greater Hartford region. Featuring a non-competitive Kids' K dash and a 5K race, these events have something for ages 3-83+. Held in conjunction with the Town's two-day outdoor festival, it's a great opportunity for individuals or whole families to enjoy a healthy activity together while supporting West Hartford families in need. A portion of proceeds is donated to the&nbsp;The Town That Cares&nbsp;and the&nbsp;Leisure Services Scholarship Fund&nbsp;which helps children from low-income families attend swimming lessons, camps during school vacations and other life-enhancing programs throughout the year.
- The morning starts with a non-competitive Kids' K around Blue Back Square for kids up to 10 years old with medals for all finishers. - The 5K course takes runners north through historic West Hartford Center and includes a long stretch on the scenic paved Trout Brook Trail before finishing in Blue Back Square. This course is USATF certified (#CT24001JHP). - After the race, join us for the Awards Ceremony and Refueling Reception at Town Hall (50 South Main Street) in the Festival Dining Tent. - Known for giving great rewards, prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third place 5K finishers in the male and female divisions in ten age categories: 10 and under; 11-14; 15-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+. - The overall first place male and female finishers as well as to the first place male and female from West Hartford (one per winner) receive prizes valued at at least $100. The Cornerstone Foundation, Inc. seeks capital needs assessment and full design services from qualified architects/engineers for the rehabilitation of a project located in Vernon, CT.
*Cost Proposals from interested firms need to be submitted to Grace Boucher, Executive Director at <a href="mailto:grace.boucher@cornerstone-cares.org" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">grace.boucher@cornerstone-cares.org</a> by Friday June 12, 2026, by 5:00 pm.
*To assist in securing costs, a mandatory meeting will be held at The Cornerstone Foundation, Inc. at 1 Prospect Street, Vernon CT on May 28, 2026 at 3 pm.

Repairs and upgrades to existing campus at the Cornerstone Foundation in Vernon, CT.

Timeline: All work to commence when required state approvals obtained. Projects can proceed concurrently. Ideal completions prior to June 30, 2027.
 A mechanical/electrical engineer should be included in the survey.
Cost proposal should also include specific budgets for schematic, design development, final drawings, bid and administration stages based on the applicant&rsquo;s estimated capital budget. Environmental review will be handled separately by the owner.
Important
The Cornerstone Foundation will hold a public meeting for firms to answer any questions and offer tours of the property to help understand the scope needed. The meeting is mandatory. Please confirm that you can attend this meeting.

Interested respondents should submit:
1.) Resumes and general background on the firm, its office location, staffing and personnel that would be assigned to the project.
2.) A list of similar projects that the firm has completed within the last two years.
3.) Familiarity with State Department of Housing funding and requirements.
4.) List of professional services you intend to provide.
5.) A probable fee schedule (percentages), for schematic, design, construction documents and administration.
6.) A timetable of your availability to start work on the project.
7.) A list of three references with descriptions of projects completed with reference.
8.) A complete submittal package.
The owner will screen and evaluate RFQ responses, select and interview qualified candidates as necessary, and make the final selection. 
RFQ shall be submitted as follows: one full response with all exhibits sent electronically to <a href="mailto:grace.boucher@cornerstone-cares.org" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">grace.boucher@cornerstone-cares.org</a> by June 12, 2026 by 5 pm.
The owner reserves the right to accept any submittal or to reject any submittal and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the submittal.
The owner also has the right to cancel this process, at its discretion.

12. Statement of interest in the project, statement as to why you feel qualified for the project
