"My Grandma had stage 4 breast cancer, she went through alot. She fought breast cancer for 6 years and was a survivor. I want everybody to be aware of what your body tells them. You know your body best," she said.
The day will begin with a BCA fact table from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the lobby where Jodie will pass out pink ribbons and distribute information about prevention. There will also be a pink fashion show throughout the MARC buildings at 1:45 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to wear pink attire to show support for all who are battling breast cancer, those who have survived it, and those whom we have lost.
