MANCHESTER, CT — Home sales in Manchester during March 2026 reflected a steady housing market with a wide range of prices and property types, according to recently sold listings on Zillow.

Sales during the month ranged from about $145,000 for smaller or older homes to as high as $555,000 for larger, multi-bedroom properties. Among the higher-end transactions, a six-bedroom home at 99 Union St. sold for $555,000 on March 10, while a four-bedroom home on Hamlin Street fetched $500,000.

Mid-range homes accounted for the bulk of activity. A three-bedroom home at 3 Anderson St. sold for $310,000 on March 24, while 99 Frances Drive brought $340,000 on March 11. Other similar sales included 74 Overlook Drive at $312,000 and 62 Diane Drive at $327,000, reflecting consistent pricing in the low- to mid-$300,000 range.

Lower-priced sales were also recorded, particularly among smaller homes and condominiums. A two-bedroom home on Windemere Street sold for $165,000 on March 13, while a property on Jarvis Road sold for $145,000. A one-bedroom condominium on Oakland Street sold for $205,000 earlier in the month.

Other transactions during March included sales across a variety of neighborhoods, such as Middle Turnpike West at $260,000, Green Road at $269,000 and South Main Street, where a unit sold for $375,000.

Zillow data shows that Manchester recorded well over 1,900 recent home sales overall, with March transactions spread across multiple pages of listings. The data indicates a market largely driven by mid-priced single-family homes, supplemented by condominiums and occasional higher-end properties.
