MCC Offering Free Career Services Workshops
MCC has scheduled free job seeking workshops that are open to the public.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester Community College has scheduled upcoming career services workshops that are open to all current and former students, alumni and the general public. The workshops focus on resume building and interviewing skills and are free.
The sessions are slated to begin Tuesday, Sept. 25 with an “Effective Resume Writing” workshop, conducted by MCC Director of Career Services and Veterans Affairs Julie Greene. It is designed to provide information on the skills and strategies needed to develop a resume that gets positive response from employers. The workshop will be repeated on Tuesdays — Oct. 16 and 30 and Nov. 13.
Greene will also conduct “Interviewing Tips” on Tuesday, Oct. 2. The workshop will cover the various stages of the interviewing process. The workshop will be repeated on Tuesdays — Oct. 23 and Nov. 6 and 20.
