MCC Schedules Registration Events

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester Community College has scheduled a pair of registration events for August.

A Super Saturday event, created especially for students who need to take care of admissions, testing, advising and registration needs in a single visit, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 10. The Admissions, Testing, Advising and Counseling Services, Registration, Financial Aid and Bursar's offices, as well as the campus bookstore, will be open.

Fall semester classes begin August 27.

MCC has slated a last-minute fall registration session for Saturday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with advising and new student orientation sessions. Testing will not be offered at the event.

A deposit on the college’s payment plan, or approved financial aid, will be required at the time of registration. For more information, visit www.manchestercc.edu/enroll.

Students who haven’t already done so are encouraged to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, aka the FAFSA. Federal assistance includes need-based programs such as Federal Pell and MCC grants. The FAFSA can be submitted online at www.fafsa.gov; MCC’s school code is 001392.
