His charges stem from a 2018 car burglary investigation, police said. Bolduc was caught in a stolen car with a wallet belonging to a South Windsor resident that he had taken during a car burglary, police said.
At 2:20 a.m. on June 20, a Manchester Police sergeant observed three suspicious vehicles at the Food Bag store at 116 East Center St., according to a report. One of the vehicles — a silver Subaru Forester — was reported as being stolen out of Manchester the previous night. The vehicles left the Food Bag and headed westbound on Center Street and police tried to pull the Subaru over, but it continued westbound on Center Street, according to a report.

South Windsor Deputy Chief Scott Custer said a wallet missing after a car burglary on Ash Street the night before was found in the Subaru and charges are likely to be filed in that case. A vehicle matching the Subaru's description was seen in the area at the time of the theft, he added.
The passenger was identified as Bolduc. He was charged with:
- Second-degree larceny
- Conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny
