We have been heading down a path for the last few years that will haunt us for some time. We have gone down a path of over regulation, that has stymied businesses, especial small businesses which is responsible for the majority of hiring in this country. It is sick, the number of small businesses that have gone out of business or can’t expand as they are regulated to death.

Small business in this country is the backbone of our economy and many are really hurting. Unfortunately, Washington doesn’t get it, they really believe they are doing more good than harm, they do not have a clue, at least most don’t.
Every day I interact with folks that would love to buy a home, often income is in the way. So many have to work two or three part time jobs to make ends meet, instead of being able to find full time employment. Others have college degrees and can’t find work in the field they went to school for and finally there are so many that can’t find work at all.
If we want to make sure there is NOT another house crises any time soon, Washington will have to wake up and stop the madness. We have to begin the process of reducing the regulations that are suffocating businesses. With healthcare costs adding so much burden to businesses and the population in general, as a result of Obamacare, the s**t hasn’t hit the fan yet.
