Motorcycle Driver Seriously Hurt In Manchester Crash
A sigle motorcycle crash Monday left the driver with serious injuries, police said.
MANCHESTER, CT — A single motorcycle crash Monday night in Manchester left the rider in critical condition at an area hospital, police said.
According to a Manchester Police Department crash report, the incident took place at about 9 p.m. and involved a motorcycle that was traveling west on Green Road near North Elm Street. A preliminary investigation showed that the motorcycle skidded off the pavement, collided with curbing and subsequently struck a tree, according to a crash report.
The motorcycle driver was transported to Hartford Hospital with life-threatening injuries and remained there in
critical condition Tuesday morning, police said.

Members of the Manchester Police Traffic Unit and the Metro Traffic Reconstruction Team responded to
investigate. The collision remains under investigation and anyone with additional information or who may have
