My wife and I just want to say thank you for taking time out of your day and sitting down with us yesterday and explaining everything in detail!!! Also, you motivated us with your stories and background. IT HELPS A LOT when you meet someone as passionate as you are. In the meantime I’m paying of that collection today... we will be figuring out the building permit and water line issue this Wednesday. Also, I’ll be getting you the cost estimates on the construction, the blue prints, as well as my bank statements and retirement account.

In the age of the internet, doing a mortgage application online and never interacting with a human being is just not for me. Even when I do a mortgage for a client that is out of my area or state I want a personal connection. There is always Skype, Zoom or the phone but best of all face to face.
