Joe, I just started working with Nancy XXXXXXXXX's sister and you did
her mortgage a couple of years ago. She was having concerns with her
previous agent and Nancy had her call me. Although she had already
connected to a lender her prequalification is outdated and she indicated
he wasn’t the brightest, so Nancy and I both suggested she speak to you
for a fresh start. Her name is Amanda XXXXXXX. She will call you the

I am sure Nancy’s sister will not be as much of a challenge. It must have
been pretty discouraging for Nancy to have been denied for a mortgage
as many times as she was. I remember her calling me after her closing
and telling me that she is going to let the whole world know about me.
It will be an honor to work with her sister and the same Realtor.
