New Manchester Sub Teacher Manager Conducting Info Sessions
An 'education-exclusive talent company,' is now managing the Manchester Public Schools substitute teacher program.

MANCHESTER, CT — ESS, billed as the "largest education-exclusive talent company in the country," is now managing the Manchester Public Schools substitute teacher program, education officials said Tuesday.
The company is sponsoring information sessions on Thursday at Manchester High School. They are scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon, from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 4 to 6 p.m. in the faculty dining room. This attending can enter through the Freshman Center using the Summit Street parking lot. MHS is located at 134 East Middle Turnpike.
School system officials said ESS is "a leader in kindergarten-through-Grade 12 staffing," and is now responsible for the hiring, training, and placement of all substitute teachers in the Manchester public school system. Anyone interested in working as a substitute for our district — even people who have subbed in the past while working for other companies — should attend a session, officials said.
