New Parking Lot Proposed For Manchester Country Club

MANCHESTER, CT — The parking lot at Manchester Country Club could soon get a makeover.

Municipal officials announced recently that a Planning and Zoning Commission application has been submitted that requests Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan approval for parking lot improvements at the club. It is located at 305 South Main Street.

The parking lot tends to feel crowded at large events and the pavement has been showing signs of aging over the past few years.

Plans are also in the works to replace the current pro shop building with a new building.

According to the plans, it would have a similar footprint to the current facility.
