“No Pressure at all!”
Dear Mr. Petrowsky,
After your name was given to me three times, I figured I better call you. Each person who referred you knows how nervous I am about the home buying process. The main reason for my nervousness was my parents lost their home a number of years ago.
Each person told me to trust your judgement and advice. OK, I am ready to start the process. When can we get together? Even though I live over an hour away, I want to meet in person to begin my path to home ownership.

Anyone that doesn’t understand the affect that losing a home has on the entire family is living in dreamland.
Misty told me that her parents never really recovered, especially emotionally. Even though the parents have advised Misty to keep renting, some of her friends have purchased homes and she is willing to take the home ownership jump.
We spent an hour speaking about the pros and cons, but most of the time I just listened. My heart went out to her and her family. It was a pretty tough story, but she knows she was heard.
Once we meet, we will begin the process and she will begin her journey.
