“Not Everyone Sees the Home Inspection the Same”
This
loan was already approved and just about ready to close. Unfortunately
buyer and seller couldn’t work out the inspection issues and there were a
number of them. It was truly a matter of principal on both sides and
egos got in the way. I know the Realtor was very frustrated as neither
side was willing to give at all.
My client has already moved on and is looking for another home, hopefully less home inspection challenges this time.

Sorry to report that XXXXXXs withdrew from the contract in Woodstock.
Seller bent over backwards to remedy some pretty typical inspection
issues, and indeed did so, but nothing he did was good enough. The
XXXXXXXs even insisted he use providers that they proposed.
House will be a great buy for someone else. Sorry that your work went
for naught, but hopefully they will use your company in future.
