I live with my fiancé and two children and my mother. We had a house fire in 2016 and had to demo and rebuild our whole house. We are now in a beautiful new house and loving it. Unfortunately my mom has taken a pay cut at work and will inevitably lose her job within the next few months. With that she can no longer pay the mortgage for the house. My fiancé and I have always planned on buying this house but that was in the future; it looks like the future is sooner than we thought. From her email I thought this was going to be tough but that was not the case at all. We are now in the process of doing a mortgage application for Katelyn and her fiancé. They qualified just fine but if they didn’t seek help now they might not of been able to purchase the property.
