“One Shot at a Great First Impression”

I hope that all is well. I have a question for you. I’m getting down to the end of construction with a couple of weeks left for completion.
What is your recommendation on showing the house while still under the construction mess? What is your standard practice?

I sent back an email asking the following:
“If you were the prospective buyer, would want to buy a home that is a mess?”
His response was, “I guess not. Of course, not.”
I told him to make sure the home was completely done, hopefully some landscaping as well so when that prospective buyer walks in, it will knock their socks off.
How would you have answered the question?
