“Originally a 560 Credit Score, a Year Later 677”

Good Afternoon Mr. Petrowsky,

I contacted you last year around the same time regarding purchasing a
home and my qualifications. You informed me that the Spring of 2017 may
be a good time for me. Would you have time to do a new
credit report just to make sure? I would like to look at a home I have
in mind and make an offer.

I now have $10,000 as a deposit for this purchase.

Heck Yes! This client paid very close attention and followed all the
directions. Her credit scores work just fine, the down payment is now
available, the work history now works and best of all she qualifies for
the mortgage that she will need to purchase a home.

When I explained that her estimated mortgage payment will be $1345 per
month, there was silence. Her rent is nearly $1600 per month. She is
ready to be a homeowner.
