have done a number of mortgages for this client. He really thinks that
all the questions are a pain, they are not. Even though Jeremy is a
veteran when it comes to mortgages, he asks lots of questions and they
are all important and must be answered. The main reason is that by
the time the client gets to the closing there is usually a complete
understanding of what is going to be happening, what a mortgage payment
is going to be and how much money will be needed or proceeds that will
be received.
