MANCHESTER, CT — A monthlong project to resurface Ludlow Road, Mountain Road, Ferguson Road and Arnott Road is scheduled to begin on or about May 2, Manchester officials said.

The work will include the removal of the existing road surface, re-setting storm drains and manhole tops and adding new pavement, officials said.

Motorists should expect delays during work hours — weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. — and expect to travel over a gravel surface and encounter raised structures in the work areas during the construction period, officials said.
