The Downtown Manchester Special Services District is celebrating the fall season with the seventh annual Scarecrow Festival along Main Street.

The Scarecrow Festival continues to delight visitors with straw and non-straw creations if all kinds perched in the large planters that line Main Street. Scarecrow artists are all ages and include individuals, businesses, schools, students and civic groups.

Scarecrow Festival Program Flyers, which include a map and list of scarecrow locations, artists, and voting locations are available at select downtown businesses. The flyer is also online at www.downtownmanchester.org.
