Police: Manchester Man Found Stopped in Road, Arrested for DUI in Vernon
He is due in court this month.

VERNON, CT - A Manchester man is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court in July 18 to explain how a police sergeant found him stopped in the middle of a local road.
Pradeep Gaddam, 32, of John Olds Drive, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence at 2:19 a.m. on July 8, Vernon police said.
A sergeant on routine patrol, found his Honda CRV in the middle of a road, according to a police report. The sergeant tried to question Gaddam and his breath smelled like alcohol, Vernon police said. He then failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested, Vernon police said.
