Police: 'Tiffany' -- a Man -- Charged with Prostitution and Promoting Prostitution

Manchester police say they caught a 21-year-old cross-dressing man prostituting himself and helping a girl, 16, advertise as a prostitute.

Manchester police say they conducted a sting operation which pulled in an East Hartford man who dressed as a woman and agreed to have sex for money — and who also was helping a girl, 16, sell herself as a prostitute, according to a report on NBC Connecticut.

The television station, relying on police statements, reported that Ronaldo Bouchard, 21, met with an undercover officer and agreed to have sex for half an hour in return for $150. Members of the East Central Narcotics Taskforce arrested Bouchard as the deal was made.

Bouchard also helped a 16-year-old girl post advertisements for prostitution, the report said. Bouchard was charged with prostitution and promoting prostitution. He initially was held on a $25,000 bond.
