MANCHESTER, CT — An arrest in a Manchester child porn investigation led to the seizure of an in-home arsenal and a sizable drug stash, police said.

On Monday, Manchester Police Department detectives and agents from the Center for Digital Investigations and the Department of Homeland Security served an arrest warrant and executed a search warrant at a home on Indian Drive. The warrants were the result of an investigation into child pornography, police said.

The subject of the investigation, 33-year-old Michael Gigliotti, was in the residence and taken into custody, police said..

He was was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, according to a news release.

A search of the the residence uncovered multiple electronic devices, which were seized for further analysis, according to a news release.

Police also confiscated seven "ghost gun" rifles, three "ghost gun" pistols, 15 assault rifle lower receivers without serial numbers, and 25 high-capacity magazines, according to a news release.

Officers also seized hallucinogenic mushrooms, cocaine and cannabis, according to a news release.

As a result of the search warrant Gigliotti was charged with, the sale of a narcotic substance, the sale of a hallucinogen, the manufacture of cannabis (more than 18 ounces), the sale of 1 kg
or more of cannabis, operating a drug factory, the use of drug paraphernalia, violation of lower
receiver/frame restrictions (15 counts), illegal possession of large-capacity magazine (25
counts), the manufacture of firearms (10 counts).

Gigliotti was held overnight and was to appear in Manchester Superior Court Tuesday, police said.
