“Quick Response to My Internet lead”




Thank
you for your quick response. Being in the financial industry as well, I
appreciate a quick response, for me it is the difference between doing
future business or not. I did three different searches and three
different times, your name showed up, so I really wasn’t surprised by
your quick response.


As
soon as I get an inquiry on my website, as quickly as possible I ask
two questions. First, what is the best way for us to communicate, phone
or email. (His response, phone is best and he left his cell number).
Second, I asked how he happened to get on my website. (His response was
that he did three different searches and my name showed up each time.
When we spoke he told me that he had checked me out on LinkedIn)


I will be doing his mortgage application on Friday.

It
always amazes me how many times someone has said to me that I was the
first to respond or something to that effect. It also amazes me that
some just don’t respond within 24 hours. How quickly do you respond?
