Hi Joe,
I have a client looking for rentals, and put a bug in his ear about
buying. He said his credit a year ago was not that good and he hasn't
checked it lately. I don't know much about his past issues, and
suggested he contact you to see if there is a possibility of owning.
He should be contacting you soon.

The client decided, oh what the heck let me at least talk to this mortgage
guy and as luck would have it, I can get him a mortgage. There is no
issue with income or down payment and now Brenda will be showing him
homes to buy instead of rent.
I often tell prospective clients and Realtors to at least let me look to
see what is possible and it always seems to shock folks when I say, “I
can get you a mortgage”.
