Residential Cameras Show Manchester Shooting Suspects Fleeing Scene

MANCHESTER, CT — Residential security cameras captured images of two suspects sprinting away from a Thursday afternoon shooting incident in Manchester, police said.

The search continued for them Friday morning, police said.

Just after 3:30 p.m., police were alerted to shots being fired in the area of Spruce Street and Bissell Street. Police did not locate any victims, but were told those involved fled on foot, according to an incident report.

Investigators then obtained the home security footage, police said.

The area was briefly "contained," police said.
