Seller said no to my offer... It's all good... That will give us a chance to get our house in order, purge some stuff, pay off some bills and save up for insurance, inspector and appraiser. Now, my question to you how bad of a hit on our credit is it going to be that you will be pulling it again come spring time? I really want to get the hell out of this town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, whatever you do DON'T RETIRE until we purchase a new house. We TRUST YOU, JOE!!!
