MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester-based Scan-Optics, a global leader in intelligent data management and digital transformation has partnered with Management Computer Services Inc., the developer of PHA-Web. Together, the companies will provide Housing Authority customers with solutions to seamlessly convert physical records and store digital files in a cloud-based operating system, improving record retention, tenant communication and productivity.

Scan-Optics' easy.forwardnplatform, an AI and Machine Learning-data solution, converts paper, microfilm and microfiche records into a searchable digital format. Files like Section 8, credit and leasing applications, HUD files, employment verification, business receipts and large format, are then accurately uploaded, organized and classified into PHA-Web’s web-based management solution.
