MANCHESTER, CT — A silver alert was re-issued Tuesday for a 14-year-old Manchester girl missing since Nov. 10. Local police said Kimberly Claudio went missing out of Manchester that day. She is being described as 5-foot-3, 102 pounds and white. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie with a black shirt. Anyone who may know where she is can contact Manchester police at 860-645-5500.
