Clinton Mitchell, 29, previously pleaded guilty to a single count of first-degree burglary. His co-defendant, Michael Walters, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary and risk of injury to a minor. The main charge against the pair was initially home invasion, but that charges were reduced as part of a plea agreement.
