Shots Fired In Manchester Neighborhood Sunday
Shots went off near a cluster of homes in Manchester Sunday, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — Shots were fired Sunday in a Manchester neighborhood that features a cluster of multi-family homes, police said.
The incident took place in the area of 61 Seaman Circle and when officers arrived at the scene, it was clear a gun had been fired, police said. A witness identified two vehicles that fled the area at a high rate after the shots were fired, according to an incident report.
Police were then alerted to a person suffering from gunshot wounds to the lower extremities who had arrived at Hartford Hospital, according to an incident report. Police said the person is connected to the shooting.

As of Monday morning, the case was still being investigated and no one was in custody, police said.
