I was referred to you by Jessy XXXXXX. I am looking to start the process of purchasing my first home and she advised me that you were AMAZING with helping her with the process. Any information would be great as I have no idea where to start.

After reviewing credit, a couple of collection accounts showed up that she indicated were not her obligations. She is now in the process of getting this issue resolved.
The second issue was that she took a new job 18 months ago. Part of her current income includes commission, which she didn’t have previously. Unfortunately, the commission cannot be counted into her debt ratio until she has received it for 24 months.
A few months from now she will make a great homeowner.
