Robert’s situation was similar to the refinance that I accomplished for Jon. Even though Robert was in Florida, I let him know that I would be able to do the transaction for him. I gave him a list of everything I needed which he indicated he’d email to me the next day. I told him once I reviewed it all, I would call and complete the rest of the application over the phone.
