South Windsor CT: Excellent Town for First-Time Home Buyers

When these Gen Y First-Time Home Buyers started looking, they were hunting down their home in four towns. At first, they were not sure of the style of home to pick. They could not decide between a condo and single family house. And the distance to work also played a role in the process.

It was the Realtor’s job not to reject what they wanted to see because eventually, they would realize what is right for them after some or several showings and constant communication. It is a process.

And for most of the serious first-time home buyers, the process do not take long.

Hence, within 2 months, they found their home in South Windsor. It is a quite a drive to Pratt and Whitney in Middletown but there are many good reasons why distance to work does not matter.
