The Office of Neighborhoods and Families is pleased to announce the dates for our annual pop-art series. The events will be 7/9, 8/7, and 9/11 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at 153 Spruce Street, Manchester, CT. The events will feature both local artists and musicians. After perusing the art gallery walk outside to enjoy a snack while listening to live music in the garden. You don't want to miss these events!
