Testimony Delivered In Manchester Murder Case

HARTFORD, CT - It was a day of testimony Tuesday in a 2014 homicide in which a woman was found dead in a burned out bedroom of her apartment on Park Street in Manchester.

Steven Durdek Jr., 23, was arrested in connection with the slaying on Jan. 18., 2014.

The Hartford Courant outlined the testimony in a Tuesday story.

The state claims that Durdek, killed Kelloway. He is on trial for murder, murder during the commission of a felony, arson, first-degree sexual assault, first-degree burglary and evidence tampering with evidence, according to judicial system records.
