“The Best Kind of Regulation, Your Own”

There are so many regulations affecting the mortgage and real estate industries, it is almost impossible to keep track of all of them.

I am constantly being asked about how we manage and keep track of all the regulations. Let me share two secrets.

First, is our Compliance Officer Bethany LaBua. She keeps all of us on the straight and narrow. Always keeping all new information in front of all of us. Never being afraid to challenge any of us, not even me, not always an easy task. It is almost not describable how valuable she is to the viability to Right Trac Financial Group, Inc.

Second, we rely on good old common sense and a sense of honor and doing what is right and never willing to take advantage of anyone we do business with, no matter what the possible financial gain.

When I was growing up, the mantra that was always shared with my two brothers and myself, “DO NOT DIRTY THE STEPS TO THIS HOME”. Nothing has changed all these many years later.
